Cake Time
What do you do when you have twin girls who want a cowboy birthday party, two different favorite colors, and love horses? You make them each their own horse head cakes! And I got the privilege to to make them for their birthday! I also made their grandmothers cake, who's birthday was the same week. I really enjoyed thinking of how to make it look real horsy :) And for the grandmothers cake I made the one I made for my mom's birthday! It was a complete hit again, and the girls adored there very own cakes.

Brown eyed Boy
Blue Eyes
I was overcome by beautiful blue eyes tonight! Wednsday is what I call affectionaly milk night :) I know a local farmer where I get fresh milk from and a lady also sales eggs there. It has turned into my wednsday hang out scene, and two of the families I go to church with also, like to hang out too! I was watching the kids run around and play when I recalled I had my camera in my car, and the lighting was perfect out! Here are some of my favorites!

Grandpa's rock
my mustard colored chair
My Dad likes to bring home random chairs from work, normally vintage items that nobody uses anymore. Two of these such chairs have found a home in my room. One a extremely awesome old mustard office chair, and two an old wooden seated stool with iron legs. I was using the stool behind my tiny little desk( the desk was my Grandpas) but I couldn't fit my legs under properly when sitting on the stool. Then my dad came home all excited with the mustard chair! My Dad doesn't always know what I will love but sometimes he hits the nail dead on the head! I love Love love the chair! It is very vintage in it's mustardy colored self, and I look forward to sitting in it often and swiveling :)

white stuff coming down
Wow I think for the first time in Augusta the weatherman predicted snow to come down and it actually came down! Loads of it, well loads that is for Augusta. I tried taking pictures as it came down that night, but it turns out I am not very skilled with a camera when I have a blanket draped over my head trying to protect my camera, and it is getting dark! The next morning I had better luck. What is there about snow that just seems to create a magic of its own? . .
